Timber Frame Systems
Open Panel
A popular choice, fast to design, manufacture and install, speeding up your projects. This panel type is supplied uninsulated, ready for onsite insulation by others - a popular choice for those working on tighter budgets. Available in a variety of CLS, carcassing, and engineered timber products.
Insulated Panel
An insulated, or semi-closed panel system includes insulation between the studs and a Vapour control membrane, both installed in our factory, ready to be erected on site. This frame type is available in a variety of depths, including CLS, carcassing, and engineered timber products.
Closed Panel
The closed panel comes fully insulated and includes a service zone, electrical conduit route, back boxes, plus an internal sheathing board, like Fermacell, ready to be erected on site. This panel type requires significantly more coordination during the design phase to ensure all light switch and plug socket placements are accurate. Available in a variety of CLS, carcassing, and engineered timber products.
Passivhaus
